On June 5th we came together for the 5th Women Excellence Circle organised by our expert member and media women Mag. Doris Schulz at Lake Attersee under the theme: Value. Self-worth. Precious. Inspiring key notes in the historic ambience of the Villa Paulick, surrounded by Gustav Klimt and Emilie Flöge, made this day at Lake Attersee once again an inspiring event with 40 wonderful women. The focus was on learning from each other, exchanging ideas, supporting each other and developing new visions together. From our point of view, a very special highlight was the lecture by Elisabeth Adleff, who showed us the stages of a hero’s journey and made each of those present think about their own heroine journeys – because there are many of them in life. The other speakers also provided numerous valuable inputs on how we can lead a valuable life with self-worth. Alexandra Rochelt spoke about values in leadership, Barbara Jascht spoke about the self-esteem limit. Janine Kohl-Peterke told us exciting things about creating values and self-esteem and finally Julia Zukrigl spoke about AI and what it has to do with empowerment. With wonderful weather and tasty food, there was intensive networking and enriching discussions – we are already looking forward to the WEC 2027!
