The need for well-trained employees in the area of CSR / sustainability has risen sharply in line with growing international requirements. As sustainability is a very comprehensive, holistic topic, education is a key item on our agenda. The number of participants in our training courses is limited to a minimum of six and a maximum of ten in order to guarantee a high standard of quality. On request, we also offer customised internal training courses for companies that meet their specific needs and prepare CSR teams well for their tasks. The course for CSR managers is a professional training program and can be supplemented with an additional personal certification if interested.

The requirements for companies in the area of sustainability have been massively increased since 2015. With the EU Taxonomy Regulation and the reporting obligations under the Corporate Social Reporting Directive (CSRD), for example, the pressure on companies in Europe continues to increase. New statutory regulations are being imposed on supervisory boards – especially in the area of sustainability. According to the CSRD, members of the top management levels will have to demonstrate knowledge in the area of sustainability from 2024 and be able to help shape and assess sustainability agendas, which must be documented in the first reports in 2025. Get ready for the new requirements now!
