The CSR Dialogue Forum stands for responsible action, strategic dialogue and sustainable impact. Behind this common mission is a team with clear roles and complementary strengths:

Secretary General Ursula Oberhollenzer is responsible for the overall organizational coordination and all communication activities. She ensures structured processes and a clear approach both internally and externally – and thus creates the stable framework for substantive work and partnership-based exchange.

President Stefan Blachfellner sharpens positioning and alignment, develops perspectives for growth and visibility and supports the professional public image. In addition, he is responsible for cooperation with educational and research institutions and supports the further development of the CSR Dialogue Forum with his network.

Honorary President Brunhilde Schram, founder of the association, contributes her many years of experience and her grown network. With her unifying nature, she strengthens cooperation, opens up new contacts and supports strategic development from an independent, value-oriented perspective.
