Dr. Thomas Greigeritsch

President

Thomas Greigeritsch has been responsible for sustainability, occupational health and safety for the entire Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG Group (MM Group) since March 2021. In his role as Head of Group Sustainability, he is responsible for establishing a powerful sustainability department at Group level. In ESG management, he focuses on evidence-based targets to ensure both climate resilience and the future viability of the Group. Previously, as Senior Vice President Group Sustainability at Constantia Flexibles, Thomas Greigeritsch successfully established a comprehensive sustainability strategy over the past ten years, focusing on product and corporate sustainability as well as improving sustainability performance along the value chain.

“Responsibility and success cannot be considered separately. Globally active companies must therefore see it as their responsibility to minimise the ecological impact of their own business activities and ensure good working conditions along the entire value chain. Our goal must be to create positive added value for society and the environment through more sustainable products.”
