What are Communities of Practice – and why are they important for the CSR Dialogue Forum?
At its core, a Community of Practice (CoP) refers to a group of people who are connected by a common passion, cause or field of work — and who regularly exchange ideas to learn from each other and develop their practice together. This is not just about networking or occasional exchange, but about continuous, joint learning.
This concept opens up great potential for the CSR Dialogue Forum: A CoP can help to ensure that responsibility, sustainable practices and joint learning do not just remain an issue – but are actually lived, reflected on and further developed. Our Communities of Practice (CoP) are intended to be spaces for exchange and joint development. Team members share experiences, discuss best practices and work together on solutions for sustainable responsibility in business and society. The aim is to pool practical knowledge, learn from each other and work together to strengthen the impact of our CSR initiatives.
