Dr. Thomas Greigeritsch

President

Since March 2021, Thomas Greigeritsch is responsible for the agendas on sustainability as well as occupational safety and health for Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG (MM Group). In his role as Head of Group Sustainability, he was appointed to establish a powerful sustainability department at group level. In ESG management, he relies on evidence-based targets to ensure both climate resilience and the future viability of the MM Group. Previously, as Senior Vice President Group Sustainability at Constantia Flexibles, Thomas Greigeritsch successfully implemented a comprehensive sustainability strategy with a focus on product and corporate sustainability as well as improvements along the whole value chain.

 

Responsibility and success belong together. Therefore, global companies have to be responsible for keeping the ecological impact of its own business activities as low as possible and ensuring good working conditions within the entire value chain. It has to be our goal to create a benefit for society and the environment through more sustainable products.

Brunhilde Schram, MAS, MBA

Founder and Honorary president

CSR/Sustainability expert, consultant and coach for corporate management where good housekeeping with resources is guaranteed and change management, lecturer, EFQM Assessor (European Foundation for Quality Management) and internal auditor for the issues relating to CSR and sustainability.

Studies at Salzburg and Krems Universities and at the Open University in London as well as in Heidelberg und Bielefeld in the fields of “economics, psychology and general management and knowledge management”. Training at LIMAK (Austrian Business School) as a Supervisory Board Member and intensive further training in the field of Basle II. Long-standing experience in export and projects in industry, at small and medium-sized enterprises and in the service sector.

Awards and prizes for special performance and accomplishments in the fields of education and economics, which were granted by different Ministries and the Provincial Government. Publication about the topic of “Implementation and Anchoring of Corporate Social Responsibility in Management as a Concept for the Future”.

Acting as the 2nd Federal and Provincial CSR Spokesperson for the promotion of the CSR topics. Initiator of the Congress of Technical Experts “Reichersberg Sustainability Dialogues”, Chapter 22.

Consultant for Sustainability & Communication with focus on SME. Consultant at  ÖkoBusiness Vienna. Studies in CSR und Ethical Management at the FH of bfi in Vienna, Master Thesis „Responsible Marketing in HR“. Freelance journalist on CSR related topics for Business Art Magazin and Wirtschaftsverlag. Long term experience in marketing and communication in varioius companies. Vice President at ÖGV (Österreichischer Gewerbeverein), responsible for sustainability activities.

DI Leopold Peneder

Consultant for Lean Quality Assurance with a focus on the measurability of quality in software engineering in combination with agile methods, cyclic learning and rapid results. Studies of technical mathematics at Johannes Kepler University Linz and graduation at Research Institute for Symbolic Computation in Hagenberg. Long-lasting experience as a manager in the field of software engineering. Innovation manager for new technologies like resource oriented computing.

Law degree at the Johannes Kepler University Linz with specialization on International Law, thesis topic „Selected European Court jurisprudence on equal opportunities for men and women in labor and employment issues“, exchange studies at the Dominican University of California, USA. Various working experiences in the field of Corporate Law as well as in the field of International Law, such as an internship at the European Parliament in Brussels and at the permanent representation of Austria to the OSCE.

Mag. Clarissa Fondi

Human Rights Lawyer and Sociocultural Anthropologist. This interdisciplinary approach provides a well-balanced perspective on current aspects and challenges of the international humanitarian sector. Involved in a wide range of projects with substantial impact on regional and global human rights protection, through collaborations with the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Human Rights, as well as PEN Norway and others. Particularly passionate for and qualified in the field of diversity and intercultural awareness, anti-discrimination work, fair labour conditions, LGBTQIA+ equality, as well as climate change and environmental law.
