Organisational development and CSR

Anneli Fischer has had long-standing international job experience in the fields of operational and strategic organisational development and supply chain management. She has graduated as a “Magister” of economic sciences at the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business), is a Master of Science for CSR & ethical management and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt of IBM. The priorities of her expert opinion are formed by CSR, process management, internal controlling system, risk management and compliance. Implementation and optimisation of cross-organisational management systems and processes are pillars of her job experience. In this respect, she focuses on the identification and sustainable anchoring of improvements in the fields of economic efficiency and profitability, employee issues and compliance.

Mag. Susanne Grotti


Since her studies of English and French at the Interpreters’ Institute in Graz, quality and environmental management has also been on Susanne’s agenda. In 1996, the Environmental Department of Graz consequently was the “first customer of the newly opened translation office”. At the TTZ (Technologietransferzentrum – Technology Transfer Centre) Leoben, Susanne was introduced to the EFQM Model (European Foundation for Quality Management). Thereupon Susanne joined the EFQM in 2002, added Dutch and Spanish to her portfolio and established additional important partnerships like those with Quality Austria – Trainings, Zertifizierungs und Begutachtungs GmbH – and the CSR Dialogforum.

Mag. Sandra Donke

Psychologist, assessor, auditor

She studied psychology at Salzburg University. Since 2002, she has worked for the voestalpine Stahlstiftung (Steel Foundation), dealing with quality management and attending to participants.
